My name is Marta, I’m the woman behind the project
sol dela villa I launched in 2016. I am based in Barcelona, close to my
hometown.
I’m a free-spirited person, drawing my inspiration in concepts I’m interested in, diving into them as much as possible.
Whether it is garments, accessories, collaborations or books, my work always starts with a feeling that aims to be palpable at one end. I get the aesthetics of what I create by observing around me, from very simple day to day actions, food, memories, objects or long walks.
I have a strong love for well-made goods and product design, and I aim to make garments that can be considered as such. Created under the core of longevity, quality and beauty. Which brings me to take care of every inch of them.
